Provides a voluntary peer support network for employees who report wrongdoing and suffer retaliation, harassment, and discrimination, having had to overcome the psychosocial impacts of a hostile work environment. Whistleblowers of America also offers training, education and certification to become an ombudsman and whistleblower peer support through its Workplace Promise Institute.
