About

Provides flexible home and community‐based services to enable veterans in southeast Alaska to remain in their homes and communities. In partnership with the VA, Southeast Alaska Independent Living (SAIL) offers a wide variety of programs and services for physical, cognitive, neurological and mental health disabilities, including the veteran directed care program, VOICE (Veterans Options for Independence, Choice and Empowerment).
