Provides post-acute rehabilitation and coordinates polytrauma services within the VA Southeast Network, VISN 7. Located in the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center in Augusta, GA, the Augusta Polytrauma Network Site is one of 23 facilities in the country designed to provide long-term rehabilitative care to veterans and service members who experienced severe injuries (including brain injuries) to more than one organ system.
