Offers emergency shelter with essential support services for homeless veterans who are housed at the Yaphank facility, known as The Vets Place. The Veteran Housing Program helps veterans regain entry into society and attain residential stability, self-sufficiency, and economic independence and establishes linkages to obtain services to empower homeless veterans and facilitate their successful reintegration into society.
