About
Offers transitional housing and supportive services to homeless veterans in central or eastern New York state, northern or central New Jersey, western Pennsylvania, or western Massachusetts. As residents of Soldier On, veterans receive basic needs, such as shelter, food and clothing, with access to case management, medical and mental health services, substance abuse treatment and peer support through both the VA and community based agencies.
