Addresses the needs of homeless veterans served by the Long Beach Veterans Administration Medical Center. Safe Refuge offers substance abuse treatment, transitional housing and supportive services for homeless and indigent veterans, including homeless veterans who have co-occuring disorders and those who have a medical diagnosis.
