Offers a cognitive behavioral training method to help people identify and manage negative thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors that can lead to emotional distress and related symptoms such as depression, anxiety, mental stress, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress disorder and alcoholism. Telephone meetings serve those who are unable to attend Recovery International community meetings in person due to distance, illness, or other challenges.
