About
Offers a wide variety of information, services, and programs to prevent the use of alcohol, tobacco, problem gambling, and other drugs to all age and demographic groups in Jefferson County. In conjunction with New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services, Pivot works to prevent, through early identification and brief intervention and referral, the escalation of substance use and gambling behaviors to levels requiring treatment.
