Helps families throughout New Mexico who have children and young adults (from birth to age 21) receiving special education services with everything from screening and evaluation to transitioning out of high school. Parents Reaching Out works with parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to promote healthy, positive and caring experiences for families and children in New Mexico.
