Provides year-round support to homeless veterans by making deliveries of food, clothing, and bottled water to locations where homeless people gather and responding to referrals of homeless veterans. Operation Chillout is an all volunteer mobile outreach serving all of New Jersey, northeast Pennsylvania and coastal Rhode Island.
