Provides public assistance programs to assist eligible low-income Oklahoma households to apply for child care benefits, get financial assistance to meet the cost of home energy, and to buy food. The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) enables low-income families to buy nutritious food with Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) cards.
