Awards $450 per year to students whose parent(s) served in the U.S. Armed Forces during specified times of national emergency. Eligibility for the Regents Awards for Children of Deceased and Disabled Veterans financial aid requires that the Veteran is currently a New York State resident or was a New York State resident at the time of death.
