About
Provides mental health awareness and recovery support within the Santa Barbara community. The Mental Wellness Center helps California adults with mental health disabilities meet critical and basic needs for wellness, offers courses and activities for teens and adults to learn and practice self-management skills, and educates youth, families, and community groups about mental health.
