Offers a treatment intervention option, rather than incarceration, to veterans in the Illinois criminal justice system who suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder or psychological and/or substance abuse problems as a result of having served in the military. Madison County Veterans Court and other community partners work together to establish viable options for veteran offenders.
