Provides no-cost, confidential programs for service members and veterans from all military branches and service eras, along with their families, who are experiencing symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI), and chronic pain as a result of combat. The Lone Survivor Foundation restores, empowers and renews hope for wounded veterans and their families through health, wellness, and therapeutic support.
