Offers either a probation track through the District Court supervised by Court Services or a diversion track through the Johnson County District Attorney's office as alternatives to jail time. The mission of the Johnson County Veterans Treatment Court is to identify veterans in the criminal justice system and, when eligible, get them into treatment and court supervision as an alternative to incarceration.
