Offers free membership to veterans for kayaking and rowing at the Sue Ellen Panitch River Access Center and boathouse, including training and practice sessions both on and off the water, use of equipment (dragon boat, paddles, PFDs), and racing fees. Holyoke Rows reaches beyond the traditional rowing population and makes passive river recreation accessible to the entire community by eliminating the physical, financial and social barriers.
