Offers a 12-week culinary training session for unemployed and underemployed adults to learn how to prepare food and gain hands-on experience, qualifying them for jobs that earn a living wage in the food service industry. Food prepared in classes at the Community Culinary School of Northwestern CT is donated to local food banks where it is distributed to those in need in the community.
