About
Provides a VA transitional housing program for eligible veterans with referrals from the VA Medical Center in Memphis, Vietnam Veterans Service Center, Shelby County Coalition for the Homeless, local social services, or other professional organizations or agencies. The Cocaine Alcohol Awareness Program (CAAP) offers behavioral health and co-occurring mental health disorder services for those that cannot afford premium costs in the state of Tennessee.
