About
Provides recreational and therapeutic programs for disabled veterans in Nevada. Veteran programs offered by the city of Reno include Project HERO, therapeutic and community-based recreation services through America's Warrior Partnership, a multi-day military sports camp, a weekly community-based fitness class taught by a VA exercise physiologist, and a week of skiing at Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows in California.
