Provides a continuum of care by coordinating resources available through nonprofit organizations and governmental entities for the Louisiana parishes of Ascension, east and west Baton Rouge, east and west Feliciana, Iberville, and Pointe Coupee. Capital Area Alliance for the Homeless membership is open to organizations and individuals involved or interested in alleviating homelessness.
