Provides added support and comfort from hospice team members who visit patients and their families regularly to give care, answer questions, teach new caretaking skills, and make each day as meaningful as possible while patients continue to receive care from their own physician. The Bon Secours Hospice program cares for the patient's whole being and supports the patient's family and friends on the end-of-life journey.
