Offers a 12-week wellness program at no cost to veterans with a VA disability rating. Beyond Limits is a program at the Oshkosh Community YMCA where veterans receive in-depth training with nationally certified strength coaches, registered dietitians, and wellness coaches to overcome any physical and mental challenges.
