Offers free air transportation services provided by pilot volunteers from the many public benefit flying organizations to transport patients in need to facilities where they are able to receive medical attention they might otherwise have to do without. The Air Care Alliance is a nonprofit public service organization supporting the work of volunteer-based charitable organizations whose members fly to help others.
